The Country Representative Mali have a strong background in sales, logistics, management, and legal matters related to Mali. They will be responsible for establishing our presence in Mali, generating sales, and building and managing a local team.

- Collaborate with the Product Management department to pinpoint opportunities for product development, encompassing aspects such as localization, feature enhancements, and strategic integrations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Malian market, with a focus on understanding local market conditions, competition, and customer needs.
- Establish and maintain a strong network of professional relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, and customers in Mali.
- Manage and oversee all logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost- effective delivery of ongoing projects, products and services in coordination with the project management team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in Mali, including Mali regulations, customs procedures, and local business laws.
- Set and monitor performance targets for the team, driving accountability and results.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to provide regular updates on market conditions, sales performance, and team development in Mali.
- Continuously evaluate and refine sales and marketing strategies to maximize business growth and profitability in Mali.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences in Mali, promoting our brand and products to potential clients and partners.
- Identify, recruit, and develop a high performing local team, providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in sales, logistics, or business development is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the humanitarian and non-profit sector.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the context of Mali is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment in Mali.
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development in Mali, including experience in establishing and growing a local team.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Mali and internationally as needed.
