We are looking to employ a dynamic Sales Officer to join our team

The Sales Officer is a key member of the GeniusTags team, responsible for ‎assisting with and coordinating sales, marketing, and tender submission ‎processes. This individual will serve as a conduit between clients, the sales team, ‎and other business units within GeniusTags, ensuring smooth operations and ‎effective customer service. They will also play a key role in managing the ‎company’s records and archives. A successful candidate will demonstrate a deep ‎understanding of our brand, products, and customer needs.‎

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ‎Acquire comprehensive understanding of the GeniusTags brand, our ‎customers, product goals, and all other service aspects.‎
  2. Coordinate, prepare, and compile tender submission documents and ‎proposals in partnership with relevant team members.‎
  3. Support the sales team in maintaining existing accounts, including ‎delivering invoices and documents.‎
  4. Address clients’ requests promptly, such as providing or modifying ‎documents in coordination with the Sales Account Managers.‎
  5. Assist in creating and developing the sales and marketing materials in ‎line with GeniusTags’ brand and vision.‎
  6. Participate and conduct meetings and presentations with internal team ‎members, existing clients, and prospective clients.‎
  7. Add records to the sales management tools and collaborate with the ‎assigned team members to ensure the fulfillment of the customer’s ‎needs.‎
  8. Organize archives and develop cataloging and retrieval systems for ‎easy access to archival materials.‎
  9. Perform various business and industry-related tasks assigned by the ‎Sales team.‎

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a ‎related field.‎
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing or a similar role, preferably in the ‎same industry.‎
  • Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) ‎tools.‎
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks ‎simultaneously.‎
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.‎
  • High proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ‎Outlook.‎
Languages Requirements:‎
Arabic – Primary language.‎
English – Excellent level of reading, writing, and conversation.‎
